This series is a long-term artistic project that documents the evolution of my drawing practice over more than twenty years.

The first drawings were created in 2006, when I was still a teenager. At that time, my drawings were directly connected to the stories I imagined and staged while playing with my toys. These early works are raw and imaginative, focusing on narrative energy rather than technical precision.

A second version followed in 2008, continuing this storytelling approach.

By 2010 the process began to change. I started using my toys less for play and more as references for drawing and experimentation. They became models for studying character, shape, and composition.

In 2012, while studying at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, I created a new drawing inspired by the comic series Wolfskin. This work shows a clear shift toward greater technical focus, with fewer characters, more personality, and stronger control of detail.

In 2025 I returned to the project once again, now with the experience and technical ability developed over many years of artistic work. This piece reflects the maturity of skills that were only beginning to appear in earlier versions.

The final work of the series will be completed in 2027: a large and complex handmade drawing that concludes the entire narrative.
